Pearly Queen

The bees that produce the unique and delicious honey in Pearly Queen’s jars forage all over London city. The honey from each local London hive offers a different taste; all raw with no blending or treatment. Pearly Queen’s ambition is to protect bees and help educate the public about these wonderful creatures and their alarming decline. Each part of London has its own distinct flavour and taste, from the light floral Hackney, to the deep molasses of Enfield or the nutty hue of Dulwich.

All of our honey is natural, and not blended. It is exactly how the bees have made it and contain traces of naturally occurring good bacteria and pollen in unique mixes found no where else on the planet!

Location: Beehives located in public allotments with lime trees and locally grown herbs, such as rosemary that gives a bit more herbal texture to the honey
